REFUND POLICY:

• Cancelation email must be sent, in writing, to dm@10thdomegas.org.

• FULL REFUND if received by 1/31/2022.

• HALF REFUND if received between 2/1 & 3/31/2022.

• NO REFUND if received after 3/31/2022.

COVID PROTOCOLS

• Onsite attendance is available to only vaccinated brothers.

• Vaccination cards can be uploaded/emailed in advance or presented at the registration desk upon check-in

• Mask must be worn properly in Tenth District meeting rooms and spaces.

• Brother will receive a temperature check before enter meeting rooms.

• Social distance seating will be five brothers instead of ten per table.

• State of Michigan and CDC guidelines will be followed.
